The personal recruiting program is a program Vector has been running for years, it is a program where current reps have the opportunity to tell friends or acquaintances about the job, if they are excepted for the job then the rep who recruited them is eligible for a 3% override on that reps sales. The program has always focused on the individual reps telling their friends about the job and trying to get them scheduled for an interview. The issue; there is no training for the reps as to how to handle the objections their friends might have. Often the rep does not feel confident approaching their friend.

“The CTC Concept”
After training we will have all the new reps make a list of people they know who might need some extra money. The Receptionists then follow up with the people to schedule interviews. The success rate should be much higher; testing has shown that there is a major increase in the number of names collected than the number of people approached if left up to the rep. In initial testing we also saw a large increase in the closing ratio when a trained receptionist follows up which should lead to a major increase in personal recruiting sales.

Scratch Golf has been making custom wedges for years through phone calls and emails to determine which of the 3 head shapes, 18 grinds, 7 finishes and an infinite number of stamping options. The issue; customers were confused and intimidated by the sheer number of options that are not offered anywhere else. It also created to allot of extra work for the people selling tour department wedges.

“The CTC Concept”
Creating an online experience where all of the options are displayed on the screen in real time. Basically a step by step system that allows a customer to create their wedge and watch it come to life on their screen, they can add the stamping of their choice and even change the paint fill color. This will lead to an experience that customers can have a better understanding of the options and it will make for much less work for the sales people.

Scratch Golf has had a very good website for a couple of years but with the success of the new tour department scratch golf has decided to update their whole site. The issues; the current site is php based witch is not good for SEO. Also there is unnecessary loading time and too many pages leading to an experience that takes way too long to get to the desired information.

“The CTC Concept”
Create the best product based website online, through a new look and endless features including live traffic and weather, a new and improved custom design studio, adding an iron studio and a left handed studio for both wedges and irons. It will also include a My Scratch Homepage, where you can design your home page by adding anything you want like you local weather, search bar, news from everywhere from ESPN to PGA to CNN, you live traffic in your city or anything else you would want on a homepage.

This is a project with no current concept we are working this from the ground up.

“The CTC Concept”
Create golf tournaments all over the country where 100% of proceeds will be donated to charity, after paying the expenses involved in running the tournament. The Goal: 2008 set up 100 charitable golf tournaments, with 1 Scratch Wedge sold to the tournaments at wholesale, and an average charge of $750/entry fee will create approximately 1.5 Million in sales of Scratch Wedges and 5 Million donated to charity. This will also generate press coverage to the extent that a national ad campaign can be avoided while creating more PR stories than any ad campaign could generate.
